The area where it is located is animated but quiet and safe, full of shops of all kinds, restaurants and pizzerias.

Ianus Home is also close to some banks, a multiplex cinema and a convenient supermarket open every day (Conad). 

Near the apartment there is also the famous local market of Via Andrea Doria: the market "Trionfale", the oldest and largest local market of Rome. For authentic products to buy for domestic shopping but also for a visit between the colors and perfumes in the atmosphere of the Rome of the past (today in its new modern structure).... Renovated in early 2012, the apartment is located on the ground floor of a building built after the war.

It is composed of a kitchen with living room on sight, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower: all furnished with care and attention to detail.

In general, we can say that Ianus Home is equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and carefree: the interiors are cozy and functional, the kitchen is complete with everything you need (including dishwasher and washing machine), the living room is comfortable and provided with TV LCD 32'' with digital terrestrial decoder, the rooms are both furnished with double bed and wardrobe.

ADSL connection and WiFi available and free.  

Air conditioning (in summer) and central heating in winter;

Towels and bedlinen provided;

Final cleaning of the apartment;
